The Shuso Shuso no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit. It was eaten by the female protagonist Johanne O. Marley. It allows the user to control a poisonous certain red smoke, which is later revealed to be the element bromine. It does not conflict with the Gasu Gasu no Mi because bromine still has a liquid form at room temperature.
Etymology[]
- "Shuso" (臭素) is the Japanese term for bromine.
- The "Poof" name from the English translation refers to the sound of smoke as it appears.
