The Scarlet Knight Rouge, a Third Generation Rookie with a bounty of 125,000,000. She caused an uproar in the pirate world along with several other rookies claiming that they'll now be free agents. She was contracted by the Bloody Fang Pirates and became a loyal member.

Appearance

Rouge is a tall and mature woman of 5'11". She had long bright red hair tied back in one braid. She wears white armor with golden lining over a long sleeved red shirt and brown leather pants.

Personality

Rouge is a loyal devoted person. If she has gave herself to you she will remain with you, no if, ands, or buts. She follows any request from her superiors no matter how ridiculous it is.
