The user is able to move the iron from from their own blood to the pores of their skins for greater defense. Also, the user is able to generate more iron in their blood so that the user can make iron like weapon's on them.
The user can manipulate their extra iron to enlarge or stretch their body in order to augment their attacks. For example, the user can enlarged their fist and slammed it into someone; creating more of an impact. Also ex: turn the arm's into weapons in the iron, etc.
